Cancellation Policy During Covid-19  

The safety and welfare of our Guests, Staff and Suppliers are of the upmost importance.

We would like to thank you for your support in relation this. 

We are offering free cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival during this period and prepaid bookings can be moved to alternative date, 3 days notice is required please.  However if you are feeling unwell or need to cancel please email us

Please do not travel to the Yeats Country Hotel if you are feeling unwell or awaiting a covid-19 test result.  

We send 2 emails prior to arrival to reconfirm booking. You may also be contacted by phone a few day prior to arrival.  If you do not show up for your stay we will charge 100% of the booking value.

Reservations are opened daily from 10 am to 10 pm to deal with enquiries.   If you would like to change your date or cancel your booking please email If you have booked through Expedia or you must contact them directly to cancel your reservations.  If you made your booking directly with the hotel or over the phone please email , Cancellations cannot be made over the phone. If you have a voucher purchased via Groupon 2019 please contact them directly for instruction.  All hotel voucher purchased directly with the hotel for a monetary amount are valid for a period of 5 years from December 2019.  If your voucher was for a package example 2BB plus 1 Dinner or 3 Dinner BB, this will have a date specific validity period, please email us to check the status of your voucher

If you have treatments booked at our Eros Spa please cancel by email - free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. No Shows charged at 100% of treatment cost.

We are following strict HSE/Government & IHF Guidelines in relation to the management of Covid-19, these regulations are subject to change and at short notice.
