Terms & Conditions

  • A provisional booking is held for a period of two weeks only. The date will be released if a deposit has not been received within this period.
  • On confirmation and signing of your terms and conditions a non- refundable deposit of €1,000 must be paid
  •  Full payment is required with final number of guests 2 days prior to the event.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refund the deposit in the circumstances where the booking is made through a third party or under false pretences.
  • Special accommodation rates are subject to availability and each individual reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit or credit card, any rooms not guaranteed are released one month prior to the wedding.
  • The final numbers given 2 days before the event, and table plan submitted as this is the number that will be charged for on the day, except if there is an increase and then the larger number will be charged.
  • All menus and extras must be finalised and agreed upon one month prior the wedding.
  • Final Accounts must be settled before checking out of the hotel.
  • Any damages caused to the property by guests attending the wedding will be the responsibility of the wedding party.
  • The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the clients or guests.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission or services to any person attending the event.
  • Cancellation policy, regretfully in the event of a cancelation the hotel must retain any deposits held, if cancelation occurs after final numbers have been given than a 25% of the overall cost of the event will incur.
